Some smart folks at wintellect have collaborated with Mark Russinovich to give you a .NET Assembly that will let your application write to the Process Monitor log! If you have in house .NET developers who use process monitor, they may be delighted to find out they can dump their own diagnostic information into Process Monitor where it is easy to find and correlated with the rest of the system activity.
