Google didn't call it that, but I am.  Google Chrome now has support for corporate deployment including a stand-alone MSI and Group Policy templates.

I haven't had time to crack this open, but wanted to get the word out.  When you visit the page you might ignore the big blue button in the upper right thinking it is the normal "install chrome" button - but if you read it is says Download Google Chrome MSI Installer.  They have also published information about turning off auto-updates.
